VIBOON SITHIMOLADA
Founder and Managing Director
Viboon is an entrepreneur and executive with extensive industry experience, especially in mining and energy sectors. He is experienced in leading large multinational teams and managing multimillion dollar projects. Before pursuing own businesses, he previously held various management positions with (then MMG) LXML, which operated the Sepon Gold and Copper Mine, one of the largest mining operations in Laos. Viboon is an associate member of AusIMM and member of IEEE. He is a Fulbright and AusAid Alumnus. He received his master’s degree in engineering (Major in Energy) from University of Illinois, USA, and bachelor of engineering (Honors 1st Class), RMIT, Australia.

VIENGSAPHA INTHASACK
Training Manager & Senior Instructor
Viengsapha has extensive industry experience and expertise in delivering and facilitating training workshops on supervisor/superintendent development, “Train the Trainer”, Occupational Safety & Heath (OSH), HR and Organizational Development. He is experienced in developing training programs and OSH procedures as well as carrying out safety inspections and audits. He is a certified ISO internal lead auditor (ISO 18001:2007, 14001:2015 & 9001:2015), first aid trainer, Safe Work Isolation Permit (SWIP) trainer. He received a pre-master of National Organization for Studies in Politics and Administration and bachelor of Business Administration at Europe-Asia Business collage.
Related Qualifications include Diploma of Quality Auditing (Lead auditor) – SIA GLOBAL (Australian Qualifications Framework); Integrated Environment, Health & Safety Lead Auditor Course by S3G (Australian and NZ Qualifications Framework); Certificate IV in TAA40104 Training and Assessment (RMIT University); Certificate IV in TAE40110 Training and Assessment; Intro to Safety Management by Dupont; ICAM Lead Investigator Training by SafetyWise Solutions; and other OSH training.
DARATHIP SOUNTHAVONG
Commercial Manager (Acting)
Darathip has years of experence in the marketing research industry and HR management. Her previous careers include a national project management role and stakeholders liaison at International Organization for Migration (IOM); Senior Research Manager and Account Manager at Indochina Research Limited (IRL); and consultant role at XangLao EC.
Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures projects remain on schedule and delivers the overall research outcomes and client satisfaction. Darathip graduated with Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Bachelor of Social Science (majors in Sociology and Human Resource Management) degrees from the Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.
